Murray Chevrolet is looking to for a Full-time Service Cashier to our award winning team!  The Murray Auto Group is one of Canada's Best Managed companies and one of the largest dealer groups in Canada with over 30 locations coast to coast.  This opportunity is Monday to Fridays with the opportunity to work on the occasional Saturday.

Responsibilities :

• Process claims on a timely basis for each advisor or manager. 
• Accept payment in forms of cash/credit card/checks or outside funding.
• Submit claims to outside sources and distributors and following up on payment as needed.
• Efficiently and effectively coordinate with advisors to ensure proper payments.
• Communicates issues and train others regarding compliance with dealership requirements.
• Assist with Service related customer calls and or BDC related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience a CRM would be considered an asset.
