The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, approachable, and professional with the ability to think strategically. Communication, time management and attention to detail are essential to this role. Experience in a dealership Service or entry level Accounting would be considered an asset.

Working closely with the Service and Parts teams, the Warranty Administrator oversees the process of completing warranty work within the guidelines of the manufacturer and managing the claiming and reconciliation process for payment.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all warranty work repair orders:

• reviewing labor times from the manufacturer labor time guide
• reviewing technician's story
• arrange for necessary warranty photos
• warranty repair order review for accuracy, then submission 
• reconciliation of the warranty schedule 

• Perform clerical duties when required
• Cover for reception and Service Cashier when required
• Genesis Valet
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess strong attention to detail 
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma
• Experience in a Service Department or entry level Accounting would be considered an asset
