Collision Centre Clerk

Murray Chevrolet is looking to add a Customer Service Clerk to our Collision Centre! The ideal candidate will have experience in both an office environment as well as previous success in customer service  This is a fulltime position Monday to Friday 8-5 pm with a one hour lunch. 

Duties Include:

  • Answering phones and greeting customers
  • Writing up repair orders
  • Communicating with customers during the repair process
  • Processing claims and following up with customers
  • Submitting repair orders to the parts department for processing
  • Update customer database


Relevant Experience

  • Clerical, organizational skills
  • Customer Service
  • Dealership office or administration (GM specifically)
  • PBS/CDK experience
  • Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) or Collision Center experience required
  • ICAR training would be considered an asset
