MPI Admin Clerk

Murray Chevrolet is looking to add a MPI Admin Clerk to our Collision Centre! The ideal candidate will have experience with MPI claims, working in an office environment as well as previous success in customer service  This is a fulltime position Monday to Friday 8-5 pm with a one hour lunch. 

Duties Include:

  • Scheduling repairs
  • Closing and submitting MPI Claims for payment 
  • Answering phones and greeting customers
  • Writing up repair orders
  • Communicating with customers during the repair process
  • Submitting repair orders to the parts department for processing
  • Updating customer database
  • Working in a team environment

Relevant Experience:

  • Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) or Collision Center experience required
  • Clerical, organizational skills
  • Customer Service
  • Dealership office or administration
  • ICAR training would be considered an asset
